All content uploaded to TXBLIVE must comply with this Content Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations. By using TXBLIVE, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. Violation of this Content Policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

2. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on TXBLIVE and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting minors (under 18 years of age) in a sexually explicit context, or content that sexualizes minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for such material and will report it to law enforcement.
- Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Images, videos, or other content featuring intimate, nude, or sexually explicit depictions of individuals without their express consent, including "revenge porn."
- Violence and Exploitation: Content that glorifies, promotes, or depicts extreme violence, torture, abuse, cruelty to animals, or exploitation of vulnerable individuals.
- Harassment and Hate Speech: Content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Impersonation: Content that impersonates another individual, brand, or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.
- Fraud and Scams: Content designed to defraud others, promote pyramid schemes, or engage in deceptive practices.
- Doxxing: Content that reveals private or personally identifiable information about individuals without their consent.
- Self-Harm: Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
- Illegal Drugs and Substances: Content that promotes or facilitates the use, manufacture, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Weapons and Explosives: Content that provides instructions on how to make or use weapons, explosives, or harmful substances with the purpose of causing injury to others.
3. Restricted Content
The following types of content are subject to additional restrictions on TXBLIVE:
- Sexually Explicit Content: Adult content is allowed but must adhere to our Adult Content Guidelines (see Section 4) and must be properly labeled and age-restricted.
- Violence: Content depicting mild violence may be allowed but must be properly labeled and should not glorify or promote violence.
- Dangerous Activities: Content depicting potentially dangerous activities must include appropriate disclaimers and should not encourage unsafe behavior.
- Controversial Topics: Content discussing controversial topics is allowed but should be presented in a respectful and balanced manner.
- Alcohol and Tobacco: Content featuring alcohol or tobacco products must not promote excessive consumption or target minors.

4. Adult Content Guidelines
TXBLIVE allows adult content, subject to the following conditions:
- Age Verification: Creators of adult content must verify their age and identity through our verification process.
- Consent: All individuals appearing in adult content must be consenting adults (18 years or older), and creators must maintain records demonstrating consent as required by law.
- Labeling: Adult content must be clearly labeled as "Adult" or "18+" to enable appropriate filtering.
- Thumbnails and Previews: Thumbnails and preview images for adult content must not contain explicit nudity or sexual acts.
- Profile Images: Profile images and banners must not contain explicit adult content.
- Prohibited Adult Content: Even within adult content, the following are prohibited:
- Content depicting or suggesting minors
- Non-consensual acts or content suggesting non-consent
- Extreme or graphic violence
- Bestiality or animal abuse
- Incest or content suggesting incest
- Necrophilia
- Content that promotes unsafe sexual practices
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content uploaded to TXBLIVE must respect intellectual property rights:
- Original Content: You should only upload content that you have created or that you have proper authorization to use.
- Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is prohibited. This includes unauthorized reproductions of movies, music, images, software, and other protected works.
- Fair Use: Limited use of copyrighted material may be permitted under the fair use doctrine, but creators should understand and respect the boundaries of fair use.
- Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes on trademarks, especially in a way that causes consumer confusion, is prohibited.

6. Age and Identity Verification

- Adult Content Creators: Creators who post adult content must undergo an enhanced verification process, which includes additional documentation to verify age and identity.
- Verification Documentation: Acceptable forms of verification include government-issued photo identification such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card.
- Privacy Protection: We take your privacy seriously and handle all verification documents securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Reporting Content Violations
If you encounter content that violates this Content Policy, please report it immediately:

- Warnings: For minor or first-time violations, creators may receive a warning and education about our policies.
- Temporary Restrictions: Repeated violations may result in temporary restrictions on your account, such as limits on posting or monetization.
- Account Suspension: Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension.
- Account Termination: Egregious violations or a pattern of disregard for our policies may result in permanent account termination.
- Legal Referral: Illegal content, especially CSAM, will be reported to appropriate legal authorities.
The severity of enforcement actions depends on the nature of the violation, history of compliance, and potential harm to the community.
9. Appeals Process
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal:
- Appeal Submission: You can submit an appeal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Required Information: Your appeal should include your account information, details of the enforcement action, and an explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
- Review Process: Appeals are reviewed by a member of our team who was not involved in the original enforcement decision.
- Timeline: We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days, though complex cases may take longer.
- Decision Finality: While we strive to be fair, decisions after appeal are considered final.
10. Changes to Content Policy
